That’s the main reason I was interested in Mozilla. And thanks to your guys’ advice, I installed it. Anyways, I had heard that there is a way to download/rip videos from the internet. Like youtube, myspace, and etc. So if you don’t mind, can someone please give me instructions on how to do so? It’s very much appreciated!

That site allows you to save the videos as an FLV file. Follow the instructions on their site. Also, it works in both Firefox or Internet Explorer. No plugins required.

Hi,
Go to Tools>AddOns and click the small blue link that says “Get addons”. Search for this addon called “VideoDownloader”.
VideoDownloader puts in a small icon on the bottom part of your browser window. If you want to download any YouTube, metcafe, google video or any video that you are watching (embedded object), you just click the icon and say “download vidoe”. As simple as that!
Note: The video downloads as a ‘.flv’ (flash video) file. You will need a media player capable of playing flash or software to convert .flv to .mpeg, .mov etc. I recommend you get VLC player. Its free and can play ANY extension!

GLOOTUBE…download it, then copy & paste URL into it, select destination folder of YOUR computer, then start…video will download into your selected folder.
after it’s done, go to your folder and view your video on whatever media player you have ( I highly recommend the GOM Player: it plays ALL formats).
Works for me…should work for you…
