How do I download a movie on my ipod?

I am that takes 6 hours to get there. I wanna onto my but i dont know how. I usually have do it for me. I specifically want to download but I dont know how. Please help. I want to get everything done ahead of time because I am going on Wednesday!!!

    There are many free programs out there to convert your .mpg and .avi videos/movies to .mp4 (the format needed for iPod or PSP videos). Check the link below for one of those free downloads. When you convert them, it will put it into a folder called “100MNV01″ and give you both the .mp4 and a .thm file for the video. For the iPod, just copy the .mp4 to your iTunes playlist and sync it up. The .thm file is only necessary for the PSP.

    Just HOW TO
    this is only work with Firefox 1.5 above if so, then just follow these steps

    1. You will need “DownloadHelper” from mozilla Firefox so go to
    2. Search key = DownloadHelper
    3. Download And Install this addons (DownloadHelper) your firefox will asking for restart. just do it
    4. now open that link as you ask for !!!
    5. you will select to open your video. but it be better if you using “right click” and click “open link in new tab”. this is only to prevent firefox open new window when you do this stage with “left click”
    6. on that new tab when the video is begin to start (preloading)… click => Tools > DownloadHelper > “file with video extension “. do not do this after movie already play the content you will need to “reload” the current page and do this stage again
